Ard Tigh (Great House) Aviemore is a well appointed self catering house included with the accommodation is all linen, towels and electricity. There is also a travel cot and high chair available if required. There is a garden area front and back of the house with garden shed for storage of bikes and outdoor equipment.

Smoking is not permitted in Ard Tigh and pets are allowed with prior arrangement. Click here for full terms and conditions.

There is no better place to relax and unwind at the end of the day than the ‘Ard Tigh’ living room with;

 • Large table (great for family games, selection provided)

The double bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, three drawer chest with large mirror above, hair dryer and built in wardrobe.

The twin room has matching single beds, bedside table, three drawer chest, hair dryer and built in wardrobe with mirrored doors.

The family room has a set of full size bunk beds, a single bed with pull out guest bed giving the option of a second double or twin layout. There is a four drawer chest, bedside table, and built in wardrobe with mirrored doors. Play Station 2 with 21" LCD display for games and DVD's.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with;

 • Oven (4 plate hob, grill, microwave and Foreman griddle

 • Kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine

 • Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer

 • Large dinning table to sit 8 and all crockery and cutlery

 • A varied selection of cooking utensils and serving dishes

The family bathroom has a full size bath with electric shower above, washbasin, WC and shaver point. There is a second shower and WC on the ground floor.
